Willis Lane between Middle St & Meeks St KINGSFORD NSW 2032 Reported anonymously at 16:26, Fri 4 November 2016 Electricity Lamp Post is out. Continuous dumping by people from and out of the area. Randwick Council started to work on it 2 years ago and then stopped and the rest of the work on the lane was never completed just neglected! Need to educate Owners and Tenants. Street cameras should be used to fine people for dumping, fridges, washing machines, cupboards etc... Also cars park in the lane way.
