Bin replacement

Bin has been missing for over one week and needs replacing. It is the only bin provided for patrons using the oval and a pile of rubbish is gathering in its stead - understanding this is the second time in one year the bin has been 'burnt out' perhaps consider replacing the typical plastic wheelie bin with a more fire retardant option at this location. It is frustrating the bin has been vandalised on a couple of occasions now, at cost to taxpayers and nuisance to patrons - pity surveillance can't be mounted to catch or deter those responsible.
