Why not fix this when fixing the pothole just near it?

In the last few days a pothole was fixed near this one but for some reason this one wasn’t. It’s dangerous as it could destabilise a vehicle as it is approaching the corner that is full of construction works and uneven surfaces, leading to vehicle damage if not an accident. It also adds to the noise for this neighbourhood that is already dealing with lots of construction around it.
