Collapsed culvert 157 Docker St Reported anonymously at 17:11, Tue 23 September 2014 Large depression in front of 157 Docker St Wagga causing severe axel thump on articulated vehicles. This sound rattles windows in adjacent homes. Road surface is showing signs of collapse and associated horizontal cracking. The depression has become worse over time indicating a collapsed structure below the road surface, most likely a cross drainage structure. If not fixed soon it will be come a safety problem that will expose council to malfeasance.
