Bellevue rd from double bay to bellevue hill Reported anonymously at 14:46, Wed 3 December 2014 The state of condition from fairfax rd intersection to rivers st intersecion is deplorable and has been for years the surface of the rd is very rough. I recently experienced open heart surgery and the journey down from Rivers st to Fairfax rd was excruciatingly painful due to the terrible surface of the rd. I have never complained about the state of the Road before as I have known about it for years, but due to the operation it became self evident that this stretch of rd, about 1 km is in desperate need of a resurface.
