Electricity Lamp Post is out. Continuous dumping by people from and out of the area. Randwick Council started to work on it 2 years ago and then stopped and the rest of the work on the lane was never completed just neglected! Need to educate Owners and Tenants. Street cameras should be used to fine people for dumping, fridges, washing machines, cupboards etc... Also cars park in the lane way.

Anzac parade from south juniors to avoca street heading southbound towards Maroubra.The road is very bumpy with underfilled potholes and irregular road depressions.The council patch ups are substandard.And drainage is non existant when it rains.

Large concrete slab collapse on roadway., 27th February

The large concrete slab has collapsed on the road way and one end is raised well above road surface. The opposite has occurred at the other end. Its causing damage to suspensions and tyres/wheels and is dangerous. It's been this way for years. It's bad enough in a car, I can't imagine what it does to motorcycles or cyclists.

Dumped car?, 1st October

Uneven water hydrant on road causing cracks in houses, 11th April

The water hydrant on the road in front of 65 Sturt Street is lower than the rest of the road, so that when vehicles drive over it, their tyres drop (as occurs with potholes), causing heavy vibrations, which can be felt when we are in our house. We have noted several cracks forming around our doorways, which we have been advised could be caused by the vibrations caused by several hundred vehicles driving over an unevenly placed water hydrant each day. Please repair the fault, which is a constant nuisance and is causing property damage.

Curb and guttering very high, 3rd February

A) The pedestrian footpath in front of our premises was built ‘higher’ than our ‘driveway slab’ causing rain water to run into our premises and collect. b) Because of the above mentioned footpath design, the incline of our driveway is likely to be at 30 degrees which is more than twice the standard. c) Because of the above mentioned footpath design, our vehicles are getting damaged when entering and exiting the driveway. d) Because of the above mentioned footpath design, our concrete of our inclined driveway is breaking away. Also the grass area next to the inclined driveway has a steep incline causing the sandy soil to run into the gutters and into the drains. e) The extreme convex camber of the road on Ireton Street, at the intersection of Victoria Lane (south end) Malabar causes a alarming dip of the road at this intersection. Vehicle on a daily bases, even when travelling at a slow walking pace collide with the road causing vehicle debris on the road and damage in the bitumen. Some larger vehicle frequently get stuck on the road at this intersection and have to be towed from the road, blocking Ireton street at times.

Street floods when it rains, 13th June

When we experience significant rain in short period the storm water drains in the street can't take the water away fast enough. The street floods and water then builds up in the backyards of those at the lowest points of the rear lane. I live at 19 Beulah and my garage and backyard face this rear lane which since moving in last August, my garage and BACKYARD HAS FLOODED on two occasions now.

Road markings Clovelly Road, 25th February

Intersection of Clovelly and Frenchmans Roads heading to the city. Clovelly Road needs a left turn and straight ahead arrow painted on the road in the left lane and a straight ahead arrow in the centre lane. Too many cars are going left from the centre lane ... as if there were 2 left turn lanes. And the bus needs to go straight ahead from the bus stop. It's quite dangerous. Last week a car (or its driver) insisted on going left across the bus trying to go straight ahead.
