Hoons Speeding and Doing Burnouts Daily Lots of Kids in Street

Mikkelsen Ave has become a haven for hoons speeding and even more criminal are the frequent burn-outs using the intersection of Mikkelsen and D'Urville. Tyre tracks of burn-outs are in-graved at this intersection and it is clearly visible and evident this happens alot. We suspect these hoons don't live to far away and is using this intersection as a test track frequently with different cars (they must have a hoon club or something. This is safety issue, not only are there burn-outs but dangerous speeding. Let me tell you about this street, there are so many young kids that if you walked passed you would think they are coming out of the drain. It's families with young kids in this street that deserve safety and peace and quite. You hear burn-outs at 11-12 at night, and after smell of burnt rubber that linkers, you hear babies cry. I propose the council set-up a roundabout and put speed humps in the streets concern.
