Sent to Blacktown City Council 1 year, 2 weeks, 11 hours, 50 minutes later

The street is a throw back to the 1950,s and carries a large volume of traffic,especially in peak hours,school hours.and an embarrassment outside of the entrance to Rooty Hill R.S.L.
