Broken Telstra pit cover

The pit cover is broken and a trip hazard. We reported 12 months ago and somebody put a barrier around it and has left it unfixed. Not only is this a trip hazard for the elderly in the area, it's unsightly.

Please fix the broken cover and remove the barriers on the street
