Abandoned bicycles

At this location there are multiple abandoned and vandalised bicycles locked to bicycle hoops that have been there since I started work at the ATO in 2016. This is a popular spot for bicycle parking and the bicycle hoops installed by Canberrra council are wasted and creating an ugly and dangerous obstacle for pedestrians. Can these vandalised bicycle frames please be removed. Thank you.
