Large metal plate in median lane

For many months (or years?), there has been a large metal plate fixed on the surface of the median lane on the south west side of Epping Road, between Balaclava Road and Culloden Road, Marsfield, adjacent to Pioneer Park. The underlying problem should be fixed and the plate removed to give a smooth ride for vehicles. I believe that this should be the responsibility of the RMS to fix.
