Empty lot full of loose rubbish debris that is blowing up and down street

This empty lot is used as a storage yard, and the tray of a ute was being used to store rubbish. The ute has been taken away by its owner and the rubbish dumped on the ground. The wind is blowing rubbish up and down the street and into the nature reserve behind which then borders mangroves and oyster leases on the Clyde River.
