Green Traffic Lighrs didn’t trigger

In car, turning from Northbourne Ave (travelling north), into London Circuit (travelling East). The green traffic light didn’t trigger. It only went green when a car was travelling along London Circuit (heading east) and crossed Northbourne Ave
