Substantially Raised road surface

Outside house number 104 in Badimara street Waramanga act 2611, The owner has driveway repaired and the road surface between the gutter on the left and the keep left sign on the right has been destroyed leaving nowhere for cars to go but over the destroyed section. The bitumen is raised in a number of sections to about 4-6 inches above the road surface and dips have been made. This is a serious danger as many pushbike riders use this road in the early morning and the problem cannot be seen until they are right on it. I noticed when I was almost tipped of my motorcycle this morning.
