Cars parking on either side of Forster Street make it difficult to drive through, especially when coaches and tourist buses are viewing all the embassies. Assume these cars belong to public servants trying to avoid pay parking in parliamentary square! It really does make it difficult when four lanes become two and there is no way of getting through besides reversing .....
