Household rubbish dumped and gate rammed to get access

I climbed Oakey Hill today and was shocked to see what must have been a trailer of household rubbish dumped just off the bitumen track that goes around the reservoir on the Lyons side. When I got to the bottom of the hill the gate next to the power station was rammed open to gain access. It saddens me that this type of behaviour had spoilt a beautiful site.
