An old white van with a green LHS door and a blown muffler is parking on the footpath here. It is operated by a woman who last week appeared sans pants with a child and dog. last night they left fouled toilet paper on the footpath. The rego plate is AExxLM.

This is a residential area without public facilities. I believe it is illegal to camp here and to leave rubbish on the road. Please get a new muffler to avoid waking the street and use a camping ground in future, if only for the sake of your child, who last week was cleaning his teeth in the street.
